    Job Title: Implementation Support Specialist

    Duration: 12 Months

    Location: Remote

    Note: Per Diem Assignment / Part Time


    Job description:

    Primary Job Function Provide best-in-class execution of implementation activities and tasks in support of company's portfolio of products.

    Core Job Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and execute on Performance Verifications, End User Training, Go Live Support and Follow-Up Support phases within an implementation case.
    • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
    • Understands key customer needs and builds relationships with key stakeholders within accounts and able to articulate the benefits of point-of care testing.
    • Demonstrate thorough understanding of key product atributes and product demonstrators.
    Minimum Education:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy or a related field of study; Associate's degree is acceptable with additional experience and demonstrated competence.
    Minimum Experience/Training Required:
    • Typically requires 2-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position.
    • Candidate should possess the following:
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments across geography.
    • Ability to convey communications clearly and concisely.
    • Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
    • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability and aptitude to use various databases and other computer software. Proficient in Microsoft Word.
    • Willing and able to travel by all means of transportation. Overnight travel up to 80% of time to support business goals.
    • Ability to prioritize.
    • Strong organization, time, and project management.
    • Ability and aptitude to provide solutions and contingency plans through comprehensive review of alternatives.
    • Ability to speak confidently in public and to present material to upper management.
    • Superior customer service by managing key relationships with stakeholders.
