- 6+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Client relationships within the semiconductor industry
- Experience with capital equipment
- Communicates with customers via phone or email to handle purchase orders, invoices, and order changes
- Provides pricing, shipping dates, and other relevant information to customers
- Manages sample, literature, and specification requests
- Ensures accurate order processing and records special customer requirements
- Achieves sales targets established with management
- Visits existing and potential customers, and participates in trade shows to explore new business opportunities
- Identifies and pursues new business prospects, researches market conditions, and evaluates competitors
- Prepares sales materials, collects payments, and contributes to product development based on customer feedback
- Strengthens relationships with key customers and accounts
