    NVISION has an opening for a Sr. Manager of Corporate Development (M&A)

    We are looking for a strong professional interested in working with a dynamic team responsible for mergers & acquisitions (M&A) at NVISION.

    Essential Job Duties Will Include (but not be limited to):

    • Supporting all pre- and post-LOI stages of the M&A process, including deal origination, execution and integration planning
    • Leading financial modeling, analysis and valuation efforts associated with new M&A opportunities
    • Managing the due diligence process, including the coordination of multifunctional internal and external teams
    • Collaborating with internal subject matter experts and senior leadership to refine financial projections and the overall investment thesis
    • Prepare transaction review and / or approval materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors
    • Perform and / or support other ad-hoc M&A related projects and analyses

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
    • 5+ years of total experience
    • Investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate M&A experience, preferably within, or covering, the healthcare sector
    • Highly proficient with financial statement analysis and strong financial modeling skills
    • Ability to contribute and work well with a team of experienced internal subject matter experts and external advisors
    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • High work ethic and ability to deliver under pressure against tight deadlines

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with client and stakeholder management; senior level interaction a plus
    • Experience working with physicians and/or physician practice management; ophthalmology experience a plus
    • Post graduate certification including CPA and/or MBA
    • Orange County, CA or southern California residence highly preferred.

    This is an excellent opportunity to apply and enhance one's skills in finance, mergers and acquisitions and strategy while gaining valuable industry and business experience. This is a highly visible role within NVISION and its senior management team.

    The ideal candidate lives within Orange County and is expected to work on site in Aliso Viejo 3-4 days per week
