- Manage and nurture close relationships with our MSSP partners and execute on all post-sale activities including QBRs, regular meetings, day-to-day communication, health checks, and roadmap sessions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize partner processes & performance to drive mutual success and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Product, and Finance, leading cross-department initiatives and projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to your partners sharing best practices, product recommendations, and industry knowledge
- Continuously evaluate and optimize customer success processes to enhance efficiency and efficacy
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Management or in CSM role
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- An in-depth comprehension of SaaS business processes and Cyber Security.
- Strong teamwork skills, coupled with motivation, ambition, and a can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated learner with a strong aptitude for technology and a desire to enhance technical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and complex topics/projects concurrently.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) is a must.
