    We are looking for a skilled and experienced Partner Success Manager in North America, to support our growing MSSP base.     **This position is 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the US.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and nurture close relationships with our MSSP partners and execute on all post-sale activities including QBRs, regular meetings, day-to-day communication, health checks, and roadmap sessions.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize partner processes & performance to drive mutual success and exceed targets.
    • Collaborate with various departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Product, and Finance, leading cross-department initiatives and projects.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to your partners sharing best practices, product recommendations, and industry knowledge
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize customer success processes to enhance efficiency and efficacy

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in Project Management or in CSM role
    • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
    • An in-depth comprehension of SaaS business processes and Cyber Security.
    • Strong teamwork skills, coupled with motivation, ambition, and a can-do attitude.
    • Self-motivated learner with a strong aptitude for technology and a desire to enhance technical skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple and complex topics/projects concurrently.
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) is a must.
