- Serve as the primary point of contact for their valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with products.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and objectives, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to drive customer adoption and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts.
- Develop and deliver training and onboarding sessions to customers to maximize their utilisation of solutions.
- Act as a customer advocate within the company, representing their needs and feedback to inform product development and strategy.
- Proven experience in a customer success, engineer, or similar role, within the technology industry.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
