Role Summary:

The CRM/XRM Business Analyst, reporting to the Solutions Architect and CRM Manager, plays a crucial role within the CRM Team and Kendall Group.

Responsibilities include providing support to end users, administering the CRM system, gathering requirements, analyzing requirements gathered, assisting with configuration adjustments, testing, and implementation.

The role extends beyond the Customer Relationship Management aspect of the platform to encompass the concept of XRM, in managing various aspects of the business such as, but not limited to, Employee (ERM), Vendor (VRM), and Operational Relationship Management (ORM).

Additionally, the analyst works with other complimentary systems like a Product Information Management System (PIM).

Exciting work you will do:
The essential duties and responsibilities of the CRM/XRM Business Analyst will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Assist with modifying and maintaining system customizations to dashboards, views, business processes, workflows, reports, fields, and forms
Assist in design and code reviews and provide input into the design recommendation and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications
Assist in all aspects of the software development life cycle
Independently work in effective transition of gathering technical requirements to delivery and development, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
Engage with stakeholders to document user stories and define functional specifications
Implement and optimize automation and workflow processes to streamline user interactions
Assist in integrating CRM with other systems
Create and manage user stories in Azure DevOps
Create and execute test plans based on functional designs/developments

User management:
Manage user accounts and roles ensuring users have appropriate access
Provide end user support and assist with issue resolution
Maintain documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes
Stay informed about best practices and industry trends related to Dynamics 365/CRM
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within CRM
Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:
Work Experience: 2 years' of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM

Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certificate

Analytics/Computer Skills:
MS Dynamics 365, Microsoft AD, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML

Organization Skills:
Detailed oriented; organized, work well individually and as part of a team
Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well collaboratively with the entire organization focusing on Sales, Marketing and Sales Management; flexible with change of demands and priorities

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information in a manner that non-technical staff can understand

Skills we prefer but don't require:

Work Experience: 4 years' of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM; experience with Dynamics 365 Sales within Electrical Distribution, Previous experience with Eclipse, Power Platform, Power Automate, XRM Toolbox HubSpot, SharePoint, SalesLoft, Kingsway Software, Azure DevOps.
