    We are looking for driver recruiter with a full-cycle of taxi-driver recruiting experience to help our team to retain and expand the driver fleet of the company.

    A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify driver recruitment and marketing needs.

    Required Experience/Education:


    • Degree in HR, Marketing or related field (preferred, but not required)

    • 1 Year of outbound sales experience (preferred)

    • Bilingual and able to speak Spanish proficiently

    • Experience in the taxi industry (preferred)

    Responsibilities:


    • Design and implement an overall recruiting and retention strategy

    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

    • Prepare recruitment materials and post ads to appropriate job board/newspapers/radio/social media etc

    • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc

    • Screen and interview applicants

    • Monitor and apply best recruiting and retention practices

    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

    • Act as a point of contact and build relationships with current and newly recruited drivers

    Compensation:

    Depending on the expertise and applicant's professional experience compensation may vary.

    Incentives – for every performed trip by a recruited driver employee will receive a bonus. As long as drivers continue to perform trips for the company, employee will continue collect the royalty. Incentive compensation is not capped, with time may easily lead to a six-digit total annual income.
