    Recruiting Manager Opportunity Description

    Our client is a well-established Home Health Care organization that provides Private Duty / Personal Care services throughout New York, NY. They have a current opening for a Recruiting Manager. This person will lead a recruiting team that sources primarily for care-givers. Home Care recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Talent Acquisition leadership experience is a must. Candidates must have experience with high volume recruiting with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Recruiting Manager Job Requirements
    • Recruitment experience with high volume recruitment preferably in Home Care.
    • Supervisory experience.
    • Familiarity with key recruiting metrics and ATS management.
    • Sourcing experience using a variety of methods including job postings, job boards, resume data bases, internet sites, networking groups, job fairs, social media, cold calling etc.
    Recruiting Manager Job Responsibilities
    • Oversees recruiting team.
    • Manage candidate / resume databases and Create / monitor job postings, advertisements, social media posts, participate in job fairs.
    • Monitor key recruiting metrics, assess and improve processes.
    • Establish referral sources in the local community.
