    • Payroll software experience (Chronos is the system used on-site)
    • Healthcare or Medical industry experience

    Job Description *

    A healthcare client of Insight Global based in Miami, FL is seeking an Administrative Assistant to backfill their prior employee of 19-years who recently transitioned to another role within the company.

    This position will include wearing many different hats within the office administration space, including payroll support, documentation, schedule management, customer service, etc. The facility they'll be working on-site at consists of 89 total staff members (office administrators, clinicians, nurses, maintenance & housekeeping staff, etc.). This is an Assisted Living facility consisting of 24 patient beds in total for context.

    Hours are Monday-Friday, 8-4 or 9-5 pending on candidate preference. They are ideally looking for a candidate that will stay with the company long-term, similar to the current Admin who filled the role for 19 years.
