- Answering of incoming telephone calls and inquiries
- Scheduling showings
- Management of Calendars
- Greeting of clients, brokers and vendors
- Scheduling of appointments
- Document preparation
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Quickbooks
- Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication
- Knowledge of marine and/or legal terminology helpful
- Knowledge of Yacht Closer software and Marine MLS (Boat Wizard, Yatco, IYBA) services helpful
- Perform research of marine/yacht markets
- Experience with multi-listing service helpful
- High level of organization and professionalism
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to track and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- General Administrative tasks, as needed
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, if necessary
- Minimum 2-year professional general office experience
Some weekend and holiday work will be required as part of this position. This is a long term IN OFFICE position.
