Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead our sales center operations. The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
● Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
● Lead and manage a team of managers and professionals across different departments.
● Provide leadership, direction, and support to ensure the success and development of team members.
● Manage budgets, expenses, and financial resources effectively to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
● Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
● Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
● 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement.
● 3+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets
● Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
