    FRONT DESK COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
    Bring your dog to work? That's right Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, sales-focused individual that will be the first point of contact as a Front Desk Coordinator. This person should love dogs - and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you What a bonus

    Day to Day Duties

    • Enthusiastically greeting everyone that walks into or out of Dogtopia
    • Continuously up-selling services
    • Eagerly making emotional connections with pet parents
    • Maintaining accurate record keeping for dog, spa and vaccination records in POS system
    • Answering phone and emails in a timely manner
    • Explain our services and conduct tours to new pet parents
    • Maintain a positive attitude and thrive during busy times
