    Our Front Desk Coordinators act as the face and voice of our dealership for any customer coming through our doors or calling in with questions.

    You'll Make an Impact by:

    • Be friendly, professional, and courteous when working with all customers and employees
    • Minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold by efficiently operating our telephone system
    • Handle customer questions and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution
    • Accurately handle customer information through data entry, filing, and scanning documents
    • Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
    • Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
