- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via Zoom/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
- Assist the finance department with data entry
- Assist with other related clerical duties such as mailing, photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
- Manage building supplies, (paper, printer ink, etc) and inventory
- Work with the Director to stay informed of all ongoing building projects
- Work with vendors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs and provide regular updates to the Director as needed.
- Address minor cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as replenishing supplies, restocking the mailroom and kitchen, and wiping down surfaces.
- Assist the Director of Special Projects on any building-related events and trainings and prepare areas for them.

Primary Function:
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks as well as assists in building maintenance. This position will be responsible for professionally greeting customers and vendors, directing visitors to appropriate associates, assisting with mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
