    Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

    Position Summary Provide site based administrative support to provide integrated, efficient, and high-quality services for clients and staff including completion of face-to-face appointment scheduling and administrative support for site/branch managers and service providers.

    Serve as primary face to face contact at the front desk to greet and direct clients and visitors; answer and directs incoming telephone calls to destination; answers routine questions and relays/forwards information as necessary.

    Provide specialized program support as assigned.


    Ideal position for college students, parents, and those looking to get a foot in the door of the mental health world Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday 1pm - 6pm Location: Bloomington, MN Minimum Qualifications Possess a high school diploma/GED or higher Two (2) or more years of front desk, receptionist, and/or administrative/clerical support experience Preferred Qualifications Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations Administrative support experience in a behavioral or medical health setting and third-party coverage verification Experience with Electronic Health Record systems As an essential healthcare provider, Canvas Health follows all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding COVID-19 precautions.
