    Brucato Amaro National Sales Director

    Brucato Amaro is a San Francisco-based spirits company that values creating unique amaros inspired by regional landscapes and locally sourced ingredients. They are dedicated to honoring the legacy of their founder and fostering a sense of community through their products.

    About the Role:

    • Opportunity to lead the development and growth of Brucato's Sales Department
    • Work collaboratively with a small yet dynamic team to drive sales, promote growth, and innovate new products

    National Sales Director Responsibilities:

    • Building Sales Strategy: Develop sales strategy, budget, and comprehensive sales plan with trackable projections and goals
    • Managing Sales Department: Hire, train, and manage sales team, track performance, and oversee expenses
    • Distributor Relationships: Lead existing relationships, secure new regions for expansion, and drive sales growth
    • Sales and Account Management: Identify new distribution points, manage key account relationships, and create marketing materials
    • Advocacy and Marketing Coordination: Plan activations, events, and partnerships to support sales growth
    • Direct Sales in Northern California: Support distributor reps, engage in direct sales, and oversee sales activities in Northern California market

    Requirements:

    • Experience in spirits sales, strategy development, and leading sales teams
    • Industry knowledge in spirits sales and cocktail culture

    Additional skills:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Quickbooks, PowerPoint, and others
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary environment

    Sales Director Position:

    Based in the Bay Area, must commute to San Francisco; national travel required. Compensation includes salary, bonus, and benefits. Base salary range: $100-120K/annual.
