- Thoughtfully craft best in class creative assets and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and experiential design for Snap's branded spaces and activations
- Contribute to all stages of the design process from executing graphic designs & print materials, managing the brand style guide, creating original moodboards and sketches
- Manage multiple projects autonomously, working in collaboration with other partners to maintain Snapchat's visual brand consistency & aesthetic at key industry events, internal employee events, as well as recruiting and diversity events
- Discover interesting trends & think outside of the box to bring Snapchat to life, spark interest, and champion creativity
- Have strong relationships and experience working with executives, agency partners and fabrication shops
- Bring first to market experiential ideas to the table and lead research on best in class industry events and design
- Passion for creativity, innovation and thinking outside the box
- Expert knowledge of design principles & softwares
- Outstanding project management, execution and business acumen
- Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of responsibilities
- Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strategy documents and presentation decks
- Experience in strategic planning, building out processes, and managing ambiguity
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment
- Attention to detail in design and production is crucial, reliability is key
- Highly organized and a clear and effective communicator
- Able to work independently, but also able to take direction
- 8+ years of work experience as a Visual or Graphic Designer (in-house brand experience a plus)
- Portfolio demonstrating success in branded experiential campaigns and concepts
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite; Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or other 3D programs

We're looking for a Design Lead, Global Brand Experience to join Team Snapchat Working alongside the Global Brand Experience team, in our Los Angeles office, you will develop strategic experiential concepts and graphic designs to amplify Snapchat's physical presence at key industry events.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$189,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$179,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
