Position Overview:

As the Assistant Brand Manager for Skincare, you'll be integral in supporting brand strategies from concept to execution. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you'll contribute to market research, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to deliver exceptional skincare solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in crafting and implementing brand plans to meet business objectives, including product launches and marketing initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive market research to discern consumer trends and competitive insights within the skincare industry.
Collaborate closely with product development teams to oversee sample testing and ensure product quality aligns with brand standards.
Manage relationships with manufacturers, ensuring seamless production support and timely sample testing.
Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to develop compelling marketing materials and engaging digital content.
Support daytoday brand operations, including budget management and project coordination.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess brand performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience in Product management within the beauty or skincare industry.
Experience in production support for skincare or makeup, with a strong understanding of sample testing processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
