    Description
    A client is looking to identify a Field Service Engineer for a geographic territory. This role will be to travel and fix, troubleshoot, update and resolve any equipment issues for the clients.

    This role will be to exercise great customer service skills while onsite at the client while doing any proactive/preventative maintenance or critical failure hot fixes.

Required Skills & Experience3-5 years of Field Services Experience (Travel/Overnight stay etc)Excellent Customer Service Skills and Client ManagementQuick Learner and Proactive Mentality Experience with Troubleshooting/Maintenance/Installing large products/equipment - Robotics preferred Nice to Have Skills & ExperiencePrevious Medical Equipement Experience (Ex. GE Health, Stryker)MIS/Computer Science or Mechanical or Electric Engineering Degree Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
