- Manage assigned residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved
- Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives
- Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan

- Starting annual salary: $55,000

- Bachelor's degree and five years of progressive experience in Intellectual disabilities or related field
- Five years of supervisory experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at various levels of the organization
- Excellent time management skills and ability to respond effectively in high stress/critical situations
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn utilize web based systems
- Valid driver's license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including criminal record check and MVR
