    **CDL A In-State Driver**

    **Driver - Grand Rapids, MI - Full Time**

    **Compensation and Benefits:**

    **Competitive Pay.** This is a salary paying position with an extra $0.475 per mile driven and $20.00 per stop

    **Sign-on and Quarterly Bonuses.** We are currently offering a $2,000 bonus just for joining the team We also offer a $200 quarterly attendance bonus

    **Home Daily.** Over-the Road (OTR) dedicated route run daily - *home every night and no weekends*

    **Product Discounts.** We offer generous employee discounts on product purchases.

    **Meet with us if you have:**

    **CDL Class A Drivers License.**

    **Ability to Pass Physical and Drug Screen.**

    **Stable work history.** It takes about three weeks for training, so we hire people with a proven track record of reliability.

    **Self-Directed.** Although you are a part of a bigger team, you will be working alone.

    **Basic Math Functions.** All drivers use simple math to verify their orders, count money, etc.

    **What you will do as an over the road driver (sample):**

    Pick up product from suppliers and deliver it to the warehouse.

    Bend to lift product including cases and kegs weighing up to 165 pounds.

    Use a Hi-lo or pallet jack to load and unload product.

    Perform other duties as assigned
