RN or LPN part-time, Grand Rapids

Private Duty Visits and Staff Training/Teaching


Atrio Help at Home, our private duty home care agency, is seeking an RN or LPN to join their team of private duty care professionals for about 10-15 hours per week.

Some of these hours would be set (e.g. every other Tuesday for field staff training/teaching) and other hours would be flexible.


What will you do?

  • Manage funded clients through Area Agency on Aging in Grand Rapids
  • Nursing visits to private duty clients med set ups, injections, etc.
  • Give and read TB tests
  • Give flu shots
  • Annual skills training for the home health aides
  • New hire skills training
  • Participate in the mínimal oncall rotation about one weekend every 5 weeks
  • Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Michigan
  • Experience working in private duty services, certified home health, hospice, or assisted living facilities
  • This position also requires reliable transportation and proof of Michigan driver's license and auto insurance.
