WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM:
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to serve the community.
- Track record of success and achievement in sales
- A presentable vehicle and valid driver's license
- A smartphone and basic technology skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse customer basis to make their home improvement goals a reality
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting with homeowners, assessing and providing solutions to their needs
- Develop goals and work hard to achieve them on a weekly/monthly basis
- Ongoing training
We believe our Estimators/Sales Representatives should spend their time selling and will work with you to enhance your sales skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$45, $200,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Outside Sales: 1 year (preferred)
