Job Summary

Provides a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment through refreshing different spaces throughout the healthcare system under the direction of a supervisor.

Participates in the overall building management program to provide high-quality, cost-effective service with a high emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality, cost effective service with a high emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Mostly involved with facilities construction, and refresh efforts, including painting, drywall repair etc.

Most work is performed as a team, alongside a tradesperson or a carpenter, but there may be independent work as well.

Commercial drywall, painting and flooring finishing experience preferred. Healthcare experience is highly recommended.

Qualifications:

Required High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of relevant experience Required

LIC-Driver's License

STATE_MI State of Michigan preferred
