    Description
    What You'll Do


    You will be responsible for leading the definition and development of the strategy and orchestration of our global integrated go-to-market campaigns and demand programs across digital and field channels.

    You'll join a group of highly collaborative and ambitious cloud security Cisco team members to show customers and partners the business value of adopting Cisco cloud security.


    You will work closely with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Creative and Brand, Channel Marketing, BDRs, and regional sales teams to orchestrate go-to-market campaigns and content to build and create a campaign portfolio strategy and support innovative marketing campaigns across our priority solution areas.

    Additionally, you will help the product & content marketing team define and source the content needs for Campaigns and Programs and track the performance of that content.


    In this role, you will contribute strategic marketing experience, good creative judgment, audience/customer-focus, and comfort communicating the positive impact of cloud security technology.

    Additionally, you will lead partner engagement and management across the entire lifecycle of all solution campaigns with cross-functional teams.

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    10+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years of experience running successful global campaigns with proven pipeline influence and buyer engagement
    Work with product marketing to ensure the right content strategy is in place and handle an editorial calendar that aligns to sales objectives for all demand gen and thought leadership digital marketing assets
    Ability to build creative, personalized, and differentiated campaigns across the entire buyer's journey
    Ability to be versatile and both build and lead the creation of digital content spanning ground-up creation, re-purposing & optimizing existing content and ever-greening thought leadership pieces across multi-channel campaigns
    Extreme comfort with executive-level reporting of campaign pipeline influence & digital metrics
    An experimentation attitude – continual A/B testing with instrumentation of successes and failures & rapid ability to iterate and learn
    Ability to work comfortably across globally dispersed and diverse teams
    Ability to strategically partner with diverse stakeholders: product management, product marketing, revenue marketing, creative and brand, channel marketing, BDRs, customer success, and executives
    Excellent program management, organizational and communication skills bonus points
    Cybersecurity domain expertise is a plus
    Editorial experience repackaging content to meet a variety of needs
    Account-based marketing
