Description

Identify and gather businessand technical/functional requirements to establish the framework for eachphase of the Software Development Lifecycle
Schedule and facilitate RequirementElicitation sessions with Internal/External resources and IT teams toconvey the Business need and to identify gaps, impacts and requirementsfor each impacted area
Analyze and interpretFunctional and Non-Functional requirements and impacts using informationprovided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Apply mathematicalconcepts to practical situations
Create and manage BusinessRequirement collateral relevant to each SDLC stage
Modify requirements throughAmendments or Variances due to change in scope during SDLC
Support testing cycles toensure technical specifications meet the business requirements
Create collateral such asreference docs, user guides, etc. in support of the products and solutions
Document functionalrequirements and determine the complexity of work for applicable projects
Work with Solutions Consultantsand Solutions Architects to create proposal documents and requirementstemplates
Formulate and define BusinessRequirements & Use Cases
Document and execute acceptancecriteria
Provide analysis to resolveproduction issues, support, and/or perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Participate in or conductproduct demos and requirements gathering exercise
Participate in or conduct Agiledevelopment activities such as stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprintretrospective, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration;serve as ScrumMaster
Create and manage the progressof Product backlog Items
Gather and documentrequirements and high-level estimates for defect fixes and enhancements
Work with cross-functionalclient stakeholders to complete application worksheets and customization'sscoping
Work closely with Technical, QA, and Business Teams in explaining the requirements and provide functional guidance/answers
Research, gather, articulate,refine and document business/technical requirements
Work with TSQL, SQL, and OfficeTools to create business requested data/reports
Acts as a liaison betweenDevelopers, Operations, and Product Management
Analyze client reported issuesand help Support Team in designing/implementing and testing fixes Conductpreliminary functional testing Prepare Help/Support Documentation for newfeatures/fixes
Use JIRA to manage Sprints -create Sprints, coordinate with the Scrum Team to assign/update tasks
Participate & contribute tofunctional framework discussions

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreein computer science,

IT, or closely related field.
Strong technical knowledge andexperience working in Software Development teams
Experience with web servicesincluding REST and SOAP
A solid understanding of themethodologies surrounding the SDLC
Working knowledge andunderstanding of web-based and middleware technologies (J2EE, XML)
Proficient in various toolssuch as JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity, and MS Office applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
Experience working in financialdomains (banks, credit unions, lending)
Ability to work with globallydispersed teams
Strong Communication,Presentation, and Writing Skills
Solves problems using data andother relevant information
Previous Business Analystexperience in a financial software/service development company
