Job Description:


As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting regional analysts by ensuring accurate reporting, creating insightful dashboards and presentations, and identifying potential business opportunities.

You will play a critical role in data analysis, troubleshooting, and communication within the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Check reporting results and flag potential issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create dashboards, spreadsheet analysis, and presentations as requested by regional analysts to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Troubleshoot data issues by validating different data sources and ensuring consistency and reliability.
  • Analyze business performance trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data, providing valuable insights to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in accounting, finance, economics, industrial engineering, statistics, or mathematics.
  • At least 6 months of work experience in technology, finance, and/or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Fluency in MS Excel for creating spreadsheets, charts, and performing complex data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with statistical programming languages such as R, Python, or similar tools is preferred but not required.
