    is looking for an Associate IT Support Specialist with a broad range of skills and experience in IT.

    This is an opportunity to grow your career and become part of a team of seasoned IT staff supporting nearly 1000 servers around the world.

    You will have the opportunity to learn the latest in the technology industry.
    What


    you will do:

    • This role will assist the IT staff with all aspects of supporting a technical and mobile work force.
    • Laptop, workstation and server set up.
    • Server backups, patching, and log analysis.
    • Moving and setting up PCs, laptops, servers and phones.
    • Virtual machine setup and maintenance.
    • Full asset inventory.

    What you will bring:

    • Exceptionally positive attitude and communication skills for working with IT Staff, Office Staff and remote employees.
    • Experience with multiple operating systems like MS Windows & Linux (Solaris, FreeBSD, AIX, HPUX a plus).
    • Fundamental understanding of core networking principles.
    • Fundamental understanding of core computer and server hardware technology.
    • Skilled at troubleshooting, analyzing and researching solutions to technical problems independently.
    • Able to lift 50 lbs.
    • Experience with VMWare vSphere,
    ESXi

    and Workstation, Virtual Box, Parallels, or Windows Hyper-Understanding and experience with Infosec, HIPAA security or Sarbanes Oxley.

    • Understanding and experience with the software development lifecycle.
