    Job DescriptionAccel Entertainment is the largest provider of regulated, legal gaming to the "Locals" market in the US.     As an SDR you are responsible for helping drive revenue through outbound prospecting and following up on marketing generated leads. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Your role will include understanding customer needs and requirements, qualifying potential customers, and developing revenue opportunities, setting up meetings for the sales team.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
    • Research local municipality requirements and regulations and identify areas for opportunity.
    • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and communicate how Accel Entertainment's services can address those needs effectively.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales campaigns and initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
    • Uncover different establishment types that would be willing to sell to Accel Entertainment and help owners through the entire process.
    • Collaborate with Accel's New Market Team and Executives to develop and execute strategic revenue growth initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Actively contribute to the development and improvement of the sales process and strategies by providing feedback and insights based on customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns for maximum lead generation and conversion.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales development or inside sales role is preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively, build rapport, and articulate the value proposition of Accel Entertainment's products and services.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
