    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Who we are looking for: We're seeking an enthusiastic Sales Intern who is a natural networker with a passion for the local scene. You will become an expert of the OTH products and learn to turn conversations into closed deals, driving the expansion of our client base. Their pursuit of excellence will be evident as they navigate sales pipelines with finesse, leaving no stone unturned in their quest to achieve and surpass their goals.

    What you'll do:

    • Identify new business opportunities, including brand partnerships in the given market:
      • Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and businesses
      • Initiate outbound calls to introduce products, create interest and qualify potential leads
      • Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through various channels
      • Assess lead fit by understanding their needs, budget, timeline and decision-making process
      • Develop and maintain ongoing communication with leads, providing relevant information and benefits of products, and nurturing them through the sales funnel
    • Maintain accurate and organized lead databases using CRM software to track interactions, status and progress
    • Maintain a deep understanding of OTH offerings, benefits and competitive advantages
    • Train with our teams to become an expert in products, benefits and competitive advantages
    • Propose offers that align with the business's marketing objectives while adhering to company standards.
    • Support the creation of compelling sales proposals and presentations showcasing the company's innovative technology.
    • Contribute to achieve lead generation targets and exceed quarterly sales goals in given territory.

    Preferred Requirements

    • Positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to learn and excel
    • Understanding of the local market: restaurants, hotels, wellness, etc.
    • Proficient listening, verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong work ethic and extremely self-motivated
    • Proactive in all your communications, internally and externally
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
    • Knowledge of the Miami market and local business landscape is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with a team
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Possession of a personal vehicle for local market travel is preferred
