We are looking for a well-organized
Shipping & Receiving Associate to provide the necessary support alongside our Sales Director, based in Miami, USA, with daily tasks related to sales of aircraft components and material.

Scope of responsibilities

• Collaborating with the sales team to monitor requests, active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time.
• Organizing shipments, filing information in internal systems, and preparing needed paperwork.
• Issuing invoices for customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Ensuring compliance with established internal policies and guidelines.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
• Help physically inspect, receive & book components in our system. Picking-Up and delivering orders locally.

Key requirements

• Proven experience in sales, logistics, or other administrative positions would be considered as advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Goaldriven and proactive attitude, persuasiveness, stress tolerance.
• Ability to work with IT systems and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Punctual, detailoriented, and a helpful team player with a high level of dedication. Knowledge of Quantum is a big plus.
