Collabera is seeking an End User Engineer for a healthcare client based in Nashville, TN.
This individual will join a team of 5 End User Engineers part of a Tier 3 group primarily performing software and hardware support for PCs and Macs.
They will be supporting individuals in the end client's IT Department.Duties include things like software integrations, upgrades, PC imaging, and System Center configuration, incident management, new software integrations/implementations, and troubleshooting.
They will work within Azure Active Directory to perform configuration and packaging for software deployment.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor applications and perform corrective actions.
Test and validate client updates.
Troubleshoot devices and tune performance.
Support helpdesk for issue resolution.
Technical Skills:
Desktop Knowledge Management (Novice)
Desktop Analysis (Novice)
Desktop Infrastructure (Novice)
Independent Decision Making (Fundamental Awareness)
Must Haves:
2-4+ years of Desktop Support / End User Support Experience - PC & Mac
2+ years of experience with Azure Active Directory
SSCM
On-prem Active Directory experience
Bachelor's Degree - Does not need to be computer-related
Scripting experience - PowerShell or VB Script preferred
