- Administering our client's Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua), their webinar platform (Zoom), and their Accounts Based Marketing platform (Engagio)
- In close collaboration with the marketing team, design and sustain marketing automation campaigns, encompassing drip email campaigns, online forms, landing pages, and monthly newsletters
- Configuration, implementation, customization, testing, updating, and analysis of marketing campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and lead scoring systems
- Segmenting user lists based on persona and behavior for targeted communication
- Monitoring campaign performance, optimizing marketing automation endeavors
- Generating comprehensive documentation, establishing processes, A/B tests, and promotional strategies while ensuring data integrity and devising operational best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in automation, operations, or marketing campaign management
- Operational proficiency of at least 2 years with Oracle's Eloqua, including campaign setup and reporting
- Excellent organizational, communication skills, ability to collaborate across departments and time zones, adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment to drive business enhancements
- Preferable hands-on experience with Engagio or comparable ABM platform
- Familiarity with HTML editing for emails and landing pages
