The Schwarz IT manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for the companies of the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms, and business applications. In order to support the departments in their business processes with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers the requirements of the departments in consultation meetings and collaborates with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your tasks

Ensuring service quality and compliance with contractually agreed service level agreements
Contact person (m/f/d) for supported companies to ensure operational business/ daily operations
Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems related to Navision and connected third-party systems
Dispatching, tracking, and independently resolving incidents and requests via the ticket system (IT4you)
Initiating and implementing optimization potential for business processes, applications, infrastructure, and monitoring
Expansion of monitoring and automation of standard processes
Identifying, evaluating, and implementing group-wide opportunities to increase ticket sales
Providing training and support for users in handling Navision
