Your Challenge:

Take on responsibility for partial and full projects of varying sizes during complex product developments.
Independently and responsibly lead projects in the field of software and robotics, including the development of software and hardware for automated wafer handling systems.
Manage costs, quality, and time by monitoring and controlling resources, goals, and standards. Intervene and make adjustments when there are deviations or issues.
Define work packages and goals and ensure their efficient implementation.
Minimize project risks through effective planning and communication, and regularly report progress, results, and expectations to stakeholders. Escalate as needed. Your focus will be on implementing automation projects in close collaboration with the product owner and other process stakeholders.
Lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams to overcome any challenge.
