    About the Role

    As a Paid Social Specialist at BuDhagirl, your role is vital to our acquisition strategy across various e-commerce channels (e.g., paid search, shopping, Facebook ads, Google shopping). You will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to expedite growth.

    You'll spearhead the creation, execution, and management of paid acquisition campaigns. Your role will involve leveraging data analysis to draw insights and guide decision-making across all acquisition channels to accelerate our growth.

    The ideal candidate for this role has a history with direct-to-consumer campaigns and paid media, strong communication and organizational skills, can manage 3rd party vendor relationships, and is current on digital channel trends.

    Day to Day Responsibilities

    • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various social channels, SEM, and display channels to drive revenue and increase ROI.
    • Collect and examine consumer insights to help develop creative marketing acquisition tactics.
    • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause using Google and Facebook Analytics.
    • Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
    • Understand new and relevant key performance metrics for performance management and optimization purposes.
    • Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
    • Deliver quantifiable ROI and cost-per-conversion (CPA) improvements across all channels.
    • Collaborates cross-functionally with other pillars of marketing to integrate plans and drive a cohesive media strategy as part of a campaign.
    • Oversees execution of performance marketing channels while managing 3rd party marketing tactics.
    • Partners with product marketing lead to guide paid media strategy for product or vertical campaigns.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
    • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
    • Ability to analyze and identify opportunities to create campaigns.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
    • Technical experience - utilizing paid advertising, including SEM (Google, Bing, etc.), Paid, Social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), and other paid channels.
    • Effective time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Critical thinker and creative problem solver

    Compensation

    $55,000 - $65,000 base

    Location:
    This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US.
