- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing multiple accounts in an agency environment
- Must be able to commute to Downtown Dallas M-F
- Proven media coverage placements and media relationships
- Seasoned writing skills; ability to write for mid-level management and audiences
- Plan, execute, and manage social media content over multiple platforms both for Clients and for Culver PR
- Develop timely, accurate, and thoughtful social media monthly content calendars
- Take photos and develop static posts, Stories, and Reels for client content
- Provide on-site support at Client events and photoshoots
- Proactively and reactively forge and manage social influencer relationships
- Plan influencer events for Clients and provide on-site support
- Collaborate with Culver PR account lead to ensure Client events and objectives are included in content, participate in community management, and offer content ideas
- Offer recommendations to improve engagement and reach new followers
- Identify opportunities to engage clients with third-party vendors and other campaigns
- Plan, execute and manage social media ad strategy over multiple platforms for Clients
- Develop individual ad campaigns and ad audiences for Client ad strategy
- Continue tracking of Client competitor's social media presence
- Develop accurate, timely, and thoughtful reports for Client social media content
- Facilitate thorough, timely, and accurate community management on Client social media accounts
