    Support Technician - Cyber Operations

    CACI is seeking a Support Technician - Cyber Operations at our client location in Oklahoma City, OK

    **What Youll Get to Do:**

    + Act as a 2nd level of repair and troubleshooting for data center operations, networks, virtual environment and tools specifically designed to support the mission

    + Act as a SME (subject matter expert) on processes and procedures for platform support.

    + Understand the road map of the platform to make modifications to ensure that training for yourself and the training for unit personnel gets organized for the best time.

    + Plan and improve instructional performance through an understanding of the issues that impacted the platform.

    **More About the Role:**

    You will act as one of the rotating personnel supporting the entire platform. You would act as a second level of support for technical issues and work with military personnel on current and future training needs for all.

    **Youll Bring These Qualifications:**

    + Active TS/SCI Clearance

    + Excellent understanding of internal processes of SCW-1

    + Experience in IT data center operations

    + Understanding of Navy Training Systems

    + Has experience in one or more of the following areas

    + Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or equivalent in any Windows Server edition not earlier than Windows Server 2012.

    + VM Ware implementation and Support

    + Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
