    Description
    *Sales Development Representative**Location:
    • Kansas City, with travel to assigned sales territories
    *Base Salary + Commissions* ($75,000-$100,000 year one) ($110,000+ year two and up)

    *Benefits:

    • Assigned training manager day one to insure your success
    *Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage contractors to utilize Ultimate's services
    • Conduct contractor research and development
    • Perform market analysis to identify opportunities
    • Conduct job site visits to meet with clients
    • Attend networking events to connect with contractors
    • Manage and update CRM systems
    • Provide timely solutions to customers
    • Report on account status
    • Suggest actions to improve performance and identify growth opportunities
    *Requirements:

    • Strong desire to learn and driven to succeed
    • Sports-minded and competitive mindset
    • Ability to work well within a team
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
    • Self-motivated and proactive
    • Understanding of sales and marketing principles
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to complete tasks accurately and promptly
