- Source and develop new business opportunities
- Coordinate and schedule software demos for qualified leads and prospects with Business Development Managers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and communication
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads for software demos
- Present the features and benefits of ProTransport's software solutions to potential customers.
- Analysis of existing client accounts with the goal of identifying upselling and cross-selling sales growth opportunities
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of requests and solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Communicate the status of all client relationships clearly and timely
- Continually refine all processes as necessary to stay in front of customers in relevant industries
- Track metrics for all programs and activities Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
- Passion to learn and relationship driven
- Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment
- Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient, while having the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
