    Description

    Our client, a rapidly growing Private Credit Asset Manager is seeking to hire a Portfolio Management Analyst.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor the performance of 15-20 portfolio companies and assist deal-teams on assigned investments.
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
    • Identify and analyze portfolio risk trends.
    • Complete quarterly portfolio account and valuation updates.
    • Liaise with credit rating agencies to establish and maintain credit ratings.
    • Create and facilitate investor reporting workflows.
    • Work closely with other areas of our business (Underwriting, Capital Markets, Business Development, Investor Relations, Operations) and service providers for specific tasks that arise such as fundraising, preparation of materials for Board of Directors meetings, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • Background in Finance or Accounting with strong financial statement analysis skills.
    • 2-4 years experience with valuation methods (discounted cash flow modeling and debt pricing), credit rating processes and procedures, as well as data aggregation and reporting
    • Experience in private credit or private equity and direct lending strategy a plus.
    • Experience using iLevel a plus.
    • Finance or accounting designation such as CFA or CPA a plus.
