JOB SUMMARY
This job will have two groups of assigned duties. The first relates to managing ProLink support for all HCR programs and individual users of that product. The second are the more general duties associated with Business Analysis.
ProLink Product Manager
Work with business/Technical teams on SAP support and ProLink when issues arise to identify source of issue and identify corrective actions.
- Support ProLink Grants to SAP
- Support ProLink Grants to GUS
- Ongoing operations support for user setup and troubleshooting.
Examples include:
- Working with Accounting and Asset Management on the Annual Financial Information from Property Owners project.
- Working with Asset Management on their Risk Assessments for Managed Properties project.
- Working with the Multi Family team to review and load underwriting closed loan documents into ProLink.
- Working with the Tax Credit Team to load cost certification documents into ProLink.
- Work closely with program managers and their staff throughout HCR to define and analyze operational challenges, process and data improvement opportunities, and requirements on assigned projects and initiatives.
- Prepare strategic recommendations for process adjustments, procedures, and performance improvements.
- Identify similar intraagency policies, processes and procedures to implement best practices agencywide.
- Work with program staff to document data dictionaries, data schemas, etc., to foster a data strategy.
- Manage change improvement when preparing and communicating deliverables.
- Work with various groups to ensure policy and program compliance, internal controls compliance, and data standards.
- Efficiently function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) who understands and grasps both the technical and functional aspects of large projects.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to plan, launch, and deploy timely deliverables.
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing on agency projects and initiatives to ensure finished product quality.
- Identify, track, evaluate and propose solutions for risks and issues.
- Maintain uptodate technical knowledge by attending education workshops, reviewing product releases, attending conferences and trainings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience.
- Substitutions: Four years of specialized experience or associate's degree and two years of specialized experience may substitute for bachelor's degree; J.D. or master's degree may substitute for one year of specialized experience; Ph.
