    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze Annual reports, Investor presentations, financial statements etc. to identify key strategies & current performance metrics
    • Understand and analyze the sub-industry / vertical to find trends, implications and key competitions
    • Compare and benchmark key financial and non-financial metrics like DSO, DPO, Inventory, Shrink, Rev/ Emp, etc. against peers
    • Conduct detailed inside out analysis across all functional areas for a specific client to find potential issues like revenue leakage, Time to market, excess inventory , Working capital etc.
    • Test Hypothesis with both benchmark data as well as sample data from the account to both validate the problem statement and quantify the size of the potential opportunity
    • Cerate a business case and Point of View / ROI for potential opportunities and areas that can be targeted by consumer business services for taking to client

    Qualifications:

    • Familiarity and experience with Market Research and industry trends for strategic planning
    • Previous experience as a Marketing Research or Finance Intern preferred
    • Knowledge of STATA, Python preferred for Financial Data Management & Analysis.
    • Coursework in Financial accounting, Econometrics, Statistical Methods , Microeconomics & Macroeconomics.
    • Outstanding attention to detail and capacity to demonstrate continual learning
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Excellent deductive and inductive reasoning skills
    • Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills
    • Ability to work both individually and with teams
