    About the Role

    Quest Partners is seeking a talented Business Strategy Analyst who can lead the successful execution of various internal projects. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and collaborative individual with a strong background in Jira or a similar workflow management tool, business analysis, creation of relevant resources & materials (strategic plans, powerpoint decks), project management, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Project Planning and Execution
      • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
      • Develop and maintain project documentation
      • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability
    • Stakeholder Engagement
      • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
      • Collaborate closely with other to prioritize and refine backlog.
      • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure project alignment with expectations.
    • Risk Management
      • Highlight escalation points, trouble spots, identify causes, and potential solutions.
      • Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
      • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
    • Reporting and Metrics
      • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
      • Create and maintain project dashboards and reports in Jira to track project performance and key metrics.
    Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, engineering, etc.)
    • 2+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager or similar function, ideally at either a consulting firm or a financial services firm
    • Strong knowledge of workflow methodologies, frameworks and tools (e.g. Jira (preferred), Asana)
    • Strong experience telling a story through compelling PowerPoint presentations
    • Demonstrate a commonsense approach to problem-solving.
    • Experience and track record of management and timely execution of projects.
    • Self-motivated, driven and ability with complete tasks / initiatives end-to-end.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong collaborative and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Desired - Agile or Project Management Certifications
    The base range for this role is expected to be between $100,000 and $150,000. This does not include other aspects of compensation such as discretionary bonus and a competitive comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to a candidate will vary within the range above depending on factors such as qualifications, education, and skill level.
