MMC has an outstanding opportunity within its global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Strategic Insights Group (SIG).

You will be part of a dynamic organization tasked with streamlining processes, enabling automation, implementing technological solutions, driving cross-functional collaboration, and improving data quality.

Working closely with the Innovation & Intelligent Process Design leader, your role will support the design and implementation on a portfolio of key finance transformation initiatives led by the SIG and will include the following:

  • The role will require building strong relationships and creditability with FP&A leadership and crossfunction stakeholders including our IT teams (GIT and CIS) for system implementations, and colleagues across all MMC's Business Units and MMC Corporate.
  • Defining requirements and translating them into detailed project plans
  • Collaborating with stakeholders
  • Tracking progress against commitments and timelines
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working with IT partners to enable automated solutions.

What you need to have:


  • 23 years within FP&A with demonstrated project delivery experience.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to challenge current ways of working and offer creative solutions leveraging technology and AI.
  • A strong understanding of data

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $65,800 to $131,800.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
