THE ROLE


As a Strategy Analyst - Global Sales, you will be responsible for managing the creative queue for all property deliverables and assisting with internal business operations initiatives for Legends Global Sales.

This role will work closely with the Global Sales creative team, property leadership, and will report to the Director of Business Operations for Global Sales.


We're looking for someone with high emotional intelligence, who understands how to work collaboratively with stakeholders across teams, seniority levels, and functions to produce high quality deliverables that ensure we produce deliverables that exceed our clients' expectations.

You'll need to be deadline-driven, organized, obsessed with details, and an exceptionally strong communicator/writer.

This role is remote/hybrid, so we're looking for a proactive self-starter with top notch interpersonal and communication skills.


RESPONSIBILITES

  • Work collaboratively with the creative team and New Business team to manage timelines, oversee quality standards, and ensure ontime execution of creative deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with Global Sales team and creative team to develop content templates that improve efficiency in execution for our partners
  • Aggregate stakeholder feedback and work with the creative team to implement changes efficiently
  • Oversee the quality control process to ensure creative assets meet a high standard
  • Champion process and client onboarding procedures
  • Work collaboratively with Legends team members to recommend and implement process improvements that improve workflow, efficiency, quality of output, and brand consistency
  • Research and evaluate information to create clear and concise executive summary memos, diagrams and presentations.
  • Translate data findings from Performance Management reports and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) into actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze property operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and root causes.
  • Identify trends, document findings, and present insight / continuous improvement recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with business units to gain an indepth understanding of processes, challenges, and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in fastpaced environment
  • Expertise with project management software such as Asana
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Proactive problemsolving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills across
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Confident, assertive, and accountable leader who is calm and professional under pressure

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

LEGENDS

COMPENSATION:


Competitive salary range ($55,000 - $64,000) commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
