    Mission:

    En tant que Business Analyst, vous travaillerez avec les parties prenantes de l'entreprise pour rassembler, analyser, communiquer et valider les exigences relatives aux changements et la mise en uvre de nouveaux processus d'entreprise.

    Le Business Analyst assure la liaison entre l'entreprise et le service informatique et excute des tches, tous les niveaux de complexit, chaque phase d'implementation d'un projet y compris la rorganisation des processus, business analysis, training, testing, et le support..

    • Missions :

    Appropriation du processus de gestion des incidents et du soutien aux applications (identification des problmes, analyse des causes profondes, rsolution des problmes, tests et gestion des changements).

    Agir en tant qu'homologue de confiance sur les questions fonctionnelles.

    Assurer la formation et l'assistance des utilisateurs finaux

    Fournir une assistance aux utilisateurs finaux par l'intermdiaire du systme de billetterie et au cours des processus de clture mensuels.

    Examiner et remettre en question les processus et la documentation existants et veiller l'amlioration continue des processus (y compris l'automatisation si possible) en concevant, en documentant et en excutant des processus optimaux.

    Amlioration des processus :
    - Diriger des runions structures et utiliser des ateliers de travail collaboratifs pour dfinir les exigences et les attentes non couvertes.
    - valuer les processus ; identifier les processus oprationnels actuels et futurs
    o processus financiers (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Budget Monitoring)
    - liciter ce qui se cache derrire et sous les exigences nonces plutt que de se contenter de collecter et d'organiser les exigences.
    - Concevoir fonctionnellement la solution du modle de base sur la base des donnes de l'entreprise
    - S'assurer que les solutions proposes s'intgrent dans la stratgie globale et le modle de base
    - Dfinir et excuter des scnarios de test lis la fonction construite
    - Effectuer des validations et des tests des changements et de la mise en uvre du systme
    - Fournir des recommandations et des rapports aux parties prenantes
    - Rapporter les progrs, les risques, les problmes et les alertes sur le projet au chef de projet.
    - Capitaliser les connaissances et la documentation en fournissant des lments de conception des systmes, des rgles de migration des donnes, des rgles de gestion, etc.
    - Faciliter la communication entre l'quipe de projet interne et le fournisseur

    Qualifications:

    Titulaire d'un diplme d'ingnieur en administration des affaires, dans un domaine li la finance ou en ingnierie informatique, ou exprience professionnelle similaire.

    Dot d'au moins 5 ans d'exprience.
