    Description

    Power of Pod, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our digital media company, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes across various departments.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with the planning and execution of company-wide operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with different teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Manage and maintain company databases, files, and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for company events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate supply levels are maintained.
    • Support the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
    • Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
    • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
    • Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data and generating reports.
    • Ability to think critically and problem-solve, finding practical solutions to operational challenges.
    • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
