Description
Duties include, _but are not limited to_:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with patient checkin and checkout procedures
- Back up the Front Desk Coordinator and other team members in answering phones and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Back up the Patient Care Coordinator in the consultation process, inclusive of follow up activities and lead conversion
- Manage surgery schedule and scheduling tasks, inclusive of coordinating all presurgical clearances, coordinating surgery team schedules, and ensuring all surgical balances are paid in accordance with practice policy
- Daily financial reporting, monthly financial close and ensuring practice financials are providing to accounting team
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with other team members to improve office processes and workflows
- Coordinate office technology needs, service & support
- Primary point of contact for IT support
Experience:
- Previous experience in medical office administration is
REQUIRED: - Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
- Strong knowledge of office administrative procedures and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Technologially savvy with computer systems, business operation platforms, and software.
Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Medical office management: 3 years (required)
- Plastic surgery: 1 year (preferred)

- Newport Beach, CA required)
